Support, Guide & Mentor young professionals in the workplace

 Empower the Future is a biannual event series focusing on the big questions and  challenges facing young professionals joining and within the workplace. Expertled discussions and workshops on key, trending and practical themes provides the forum, solutions and skills needed to guide and mentor young professionals.  Our goal is to support them and develop their workplace, social and personal  competencies for a more resilient, motivating and successful future 

 The Chatter that Matters in our Workplace  We work in a communication based industry but do we really  know how to communicate with one another?  This inaugural event will gather Educators, Students and Industry Professionals in the  Advertising and Marketing Communication space to explore where we’re on the same page  and where we are talking past one another. Hear and learn from the multi-generations on what’s working and where we’re missing the  mark. In doing so, our aim is to better equip all parties to guide and shape the next  generation of talent and together create a healthier and viable workforce capable of  attracting, engaging and retaining bright young professionals.
